[Bug]: picture in pic doesn't work

Reproduction steps

1. Enable plugin
2. Activate all options
3. Change keys to Shift + P
4. Trying to move the pip window
5. Doesn't work

Expected Behavior

Move pip normally

Actual Behavior

Pip window doesn't work, resize pip window to move it

It is normal???? I cant move it By dragging the window, just changing its size, which is annoying and I hate it
