This public repository is an independently governed integration fixture for
Workbench. Its repository-owned declaration contributes the
@workbench-library/shared TypeScript package and two composable skills.
Workbench owns the generated package and TypeScript projections ignored here;
the source, declaration, and skills/ tree remain Git-owned. Selected editing
skills are projected beneath the ignored .agents/skills/ path, so this
repository can export its engineering skill while receiving another resource's
editing skill without mixing source and generated ownership.
The 0.4 declaration uses Workbench's closed Repository shape. Its normalized
GitHub designation derives the phosphorco/workbench-fixture-library identity
and canonical repos/workbench-fixture-library placement while retaining the
@workbench-library/shared package export.
