Translation of php/doc-en#5879 (commit d4f96dae) and php/doc-en#5877 (commit 38fcf626): changelog entry for
Dom\Element::getElementsByClassName(), and changelog entries plus intro sentences for the DOM collections that can no longer be cloned in PHP 8.5.EN-Revision updated. Also dropped the empty
