To use MediConnect, follow these steps carefully. You do not need programming skills, just a few clicks.

This page holds all the latest versions of the software.
Look for the newest version listed under "Assets". It will often have a file extension like .exe. Click this file name to start the download.
Once the download finishes:
- Open the folder where the file saved (usually your Downloads folder)
- Double-click the
.exefile to start the installer
Follow the instructions on screen. The installer will guide you through the setup.
After installation:
- Find "MediConnect" in the Start menu or your desktop shortcuts
- Click the app icon to open it
The first time you open MediConnect:
- You will be asked to connect your Google account
- Follow the prompts to allow the app access to your Google Sheets
This connection allows MediConnect to update your appointment sheet in real time.
- Open MediConnect and click "New Appointment"
- Fill simple form fields like patient name, date, and time
- Click "Save" to store the appointment
Each appointment will receive a unique ID automatically.
- Use the calendar or list view inside the app to see all bookings
- Click any appointment to update or cancel it
- All changes sync instantly with your linked Google Sheet
- Access your Google Sheet anytime for a full view of appointments
- Data updates happen automatically, no manual refresh needed
- If the app won’t open, try restarting your computer
- Make sure your internet connection is active
- Check your Google account permissions if syncing fails
- Contact support if you see error messages you don’t understand
