The release workflow checked only VERSION against the tag. It now also checks setup.py, pyproject.toml, __init__.py, the README zip name, the docs/workload-bundle.md example and a CHANGELOG.md section, and lists every mismatch before it stops. bump_version.sh now updates the README and doc lines and checks them.

Tested the check step locally: passes on main with tag 2.0.1, fails with all 8 mismatches on main with tag 2.1.0, passes on release/v2.1.0. bump_version.sh minor on a copy of main gives the same 6 files as release/v2.1.0.

The release workflow now checks setup.py, pyproject.toml, __init__.py, the README zip name, the workload bundle doc example and the CHANGELOG section against the tag. bump_version.sh now updates the README and doc lines.
