Split query log capture into a log source and a log type - #139

capture_log_type (statement or pgaudit) is required when capture_log is on. capture_log_source is now file or log_fdw. The tool reads whether an exported file is plain text, csvlog or a pgAudit JSON export. The old source values pgaudit, pgaudit-json, stderr and auto are rejected at load, and the error names the settings that replace them.

Replaces the combined capture_log_source values with capture_log_type (statement or pgaudit) and capture_log_source (file or log_fdw). Old source values are rejected at load, so existing workload configs that set capture_log must change. Ported from the dev repo.
Tests: 1516 passed, 11 skipped. flake8, black and mypy pass.
