The MySQL schema and feature analyzers now cover only the configured database. An empty mysql.database keeps the previous queries. Ported from the dev repo. Closes #124.

Tests: 1477 passed, 11 skipped. flake8, black and mypy pass.

The setting only chose the connection's default database, so the schema
analysis and feature checks scanned every non-system database. They now
cover the configured database alone. An empty database keeps the
previous queries.
