We run into the ago-old issue where the Hex for numbers are BE in Hex/JSON (not LE as per the rest of SCALE). However... this may create some issues with the actual
Bytesencoding now since based on the comments here https://github.com/polkadot-js/api/pull/5714/files#diff-cb965d58a80f4435a46a7555f78a1742834718226145afe284253a0f96c452acR204-R213 they do have a length prefix in storage when inside an option... (We could possibly flag this one)
