This is an upgrade of the PEP types, mainly to assist @travishathaway. There are some extra
expectsin there thats why its a draft. Travis is currently experimenting what part ofripcould move to conda, this should hopefully aleviate some version pains.Just fyi @wolfv you dont need to do anything yet.
