This repository is for the community development and application of the open-source ProDy software package for protein structure, dynamics and sequence analysis.
Tutorials - learning oriented: This section provides a comprehensive set of notebooks and python codes, which aims to provide the foundation to new users and experienced users to use ProDy for structural analysis and performing Elastic Network Modeling analysis. We will keep updating and expanding the current notebooks/python scripts to cover more applications of ProDy packages such as druggability simulations, evolutionary analysis, hybrid simulations such as ClustENMD, AdaptiveANM, etc. If you are a new ProDy user, please refer to the first tutorial (Getting started - ProDy basics) listed below to learn some basic ProDy functions.
