This pull request merges the

applyTofield formatting in multiple CodeGuard instruction files within theide_rules/.github/instructionsdirectory. The main change is that file patterns are now enclosed in single quotes, which ensures proper parsing and consistency across all instruction files.Formatting consistency improvements:
applyTofields in CodeGuard instruction files now use single quotes around file pattern lists for correct YAML formatting and parsing.
