Per experiment, allocate smaller memory to AVM leads to better user experience to whole system for lower memory configuration machines. Added the dynamic AVM memory allocation for performance optimization. Signed-off-by: Wan Shuang <shuang.wan@intel.com> Tracked-On: OAM-100077
