In Bare metal config, client composition is getting used for video playback instead of device composition. VIRTGPU_PARAM_QUERY_DEV returns 1 in virtualized config. IsIvshmDev is returning true for Bare metal config instead of virtualized which results in client composition instead of device composition. Fix the issue by returning true from IsIvshmDev function only when the VIRTGPU_PARAM_QUERY_DEV query returns 1.
