Introduction to the DEQM Test Server

This server supports the execution of FHIR-based electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs). Our overall mission is to enhance the ability to leverage Electronic Health Record (EHR) data to improve healthcare quality, and to reduce the implementation burden associated with automated data retrieval from EHRs and submissions of quality data through use of standards-based APIs.
