Resolves #278
This adds a "login prompt" selector on the settings page, and adds "prompt" with the selected value to the authentication string.
The default value is "login" which disables the SSO experience but mirrors the current plugin default behavior.
The alternate "select_account" value gives the user an interface to select from currently-logged-in Entra ID accounts, allowing for a more seamless SSO experience.
Updated the internationalization strings as well.
