Fix Ridge parameter documentation to use JSON .p files instead of environment variables

The documentation incorrectly showed Ridge regression parameters being set as PowerShell environment variables, but lte_mlr.py reads these from the JSON .p file via params.get(), not os.environ.get().

Changes:

• Removed incorrect PowerShell environment variable examples for Ridge parameters (Ridge_Base, Ridge_Growth, Ridge_Free, Ridge_Exponent, Ridge_Linear)
• Added documentation showing correct configuration via JSON .p file with example snippet
• Retained environment variables that are actually read from os.environ.get() (max_iters, align, PYPATH)

Correct usage:
