* implement an integration test helper set * this creates a helper that can run a single task in rspec * we could create another helper for rake -T and rake -D, etc, maybe * or it might make sense to just keep testing that stuff in acceptance * this doesn't work * it appears to not run the commands, not clear why [skip ci]
* this one reaches more into rototiller and should do the right thing * i'm convinced something (rototiller) is obscuring stdout in this setup [skip ci]

@samwoods1 @zreichert that's the last i'll probably spend on this effort. totally stuck and frustrated.
rake is strange. or the way we interface with it is.
i can't get this to put anything on stdout.
this theoretically should be the same as previous attempt, i just re-implemented most of
RototillerTaskif you feel like looking at this and helping me figure out WHY it doesn't work, that'd be awesome.
