Enhancements to SB Navigator

Description

Changes:

• aligning 2d views cropbox to 3d view sectionbox
• fix missing transformation for aligning 3d sectionbox to crop of elevation and section view
• toggle and hide now handle the cropbox if 2d view is active
• add level above/below into vertical info
• cleanup of code and status message behaviour
