Initial 3.0 release

The Questionmark app has been completely renewed, and now also shows information about sustainability, next to a health rating (with an explanation). The option to submit product photos has been removed, because we now get more data from different sources directly. The app shows exactly the information as our website, and adds the option to scan products.
