Empty value for parameter is allowed when there is default value. Because we used to modify
defaultparameter after value input, newvalueparameter for object stored in Redux was added.Also fixed bug with ui crash when
defaultqubits list is empty.Update: now only allow empty value, if parameter was declared with
Nonetype and have allowed typenull
