…d a bug when overiding a connection we raise an exception + fixed a bug that duplicated node cannot be in the execution queue + added unit testing and integration testing to operational condition and connection on failure optional(add a graph using it and run it aswell) + moved fixtures from test_graph to outer scope so it can be used in test_orchestrator
