By convention, we should wrap the commit message at 72 characters. The upstream commit being merged may not be a tag, so make the message generic to that. Add a note that this script is automatically generating the commit, so that code reviewers can distinguish between the submitter and the automated tooling. Convention is to not present all upstream commits, but just state "New upstream release" instead. So we can use `dch` directly as we do not need `gbp dch`'s functionality. Signed-off-by: Robie Basak <[email protected]>
