This PR should only be merged after #482 . I've pushed these changes outside of #482 such that we can keep an explicit commit in history about these changes.

• Needs to be rebased after 482 has been merged.

Changes:

• Bumps node version after having introduced ISMP into testnet runtime in feat(testnet): mainnet & devnet into testnet runtime #482.
• Updates the CI release workflow to activate the ISMP feature for testnet releases.
• Pushes a more actual version of paseo relay chain in e3a72e1. The node can sync the relay without problems.
• Removes "alpha" from the node crate version.
