program name: run_analysis.R

This program is split in five parts.

In part one, it reads the test and training data to combine thim into single file

In the next part it looks for the columns whose mean and standard deviations are given

In part three and four it adds description and labels respectively

In the final step, steps 5, a new tiday data set is written to a file
