The mutual exclusivity between eMMC and SPI Nor Flash is mentioned in the technical specifications table, but this important information should also be clearly stated in the interface layout section (line 119). Consider adding a note or clarification in the interface layout description to ensure consistency across the document.

There's a formatting issue with the parenthesis in the eMMC description. The closing parenthesis appears to be outside the sentence structure.
