corection in script for api/ , client/ and docker- type tags and verions

  • added a filter to ignore tags containing / (slashes), which removes the problematic api/ and client/ tags
  • Added a fix to handle the docker- prefix and a try/except block to prevent the script from crashing if it encounters another weird tag format in the future
