Add mlx-taef and mlx-teacache to Image & Video Generation

Thanks for maintaining this list! Adding two MLX diffusion tools for Apple Silicon, both of which drop into mflux:

• mlx-taef — TAESD/TAEF tiny autoencoders for fast latent previews and low-memory FLUX decode.
• mlx-teacache — TeaCache step-skipping wrapper for FLUX models, with honest per-variant benchmark notes.

I placed both in Image & Video Generation (next to mflux), used the 🐍 [name](url) — desc. ![stars] format from CONTRIBUTING, and sorted them to the bottom of the section by stars. Please feel free to reword, move, or close if they're not a fit.
