Adds mlx-serve to Inference & Serving — a native Zig inference server for Apple Silicon with OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible APIs (works with Claude Code), MLX + GGUF support, speculative decoding (PLD / drafter / native MTP), and KV-cache quantization. Ships MLX Core, a macOS menu-bar app (chat, agent mode, MCP tool calling).
