- Adds VGG16 implementation (with include_top on/off, summary(), freeze/unfreeze, save/load, and export support)
- Implements TransferLearningManager with support for feature extraction, fine-tuning, and progressive unfreezing
- Updates README with quick start instructions and usage notes.
