Russian nvda.po file has been updated.
Added a Russian version of the readme for the InternetUsageMonitor addon. Updated the Russian translation (nvda.po) with new strings, translation improvements, and metadata. Also updated the main readme to credit Danil Kostenkov for the Russian translation.
Bump PO-Revision-Date and add Plural-Forms to addon/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/nvda.po. This ensures correct 3-form pluralization rules for Russian translations and updates the file revision timestamp to 2026-02-23.
