This migrates the example to work with the new register implementation.
This commit adds a new document, `docs/ral_analysis.md`, which contains an analysis of the current state of the `pyuvm` register layer implementation. This analysis compares the existing code to the IEEE 1800.2 specification and provides a summary of the findings. The document will be a useful reference for future development work on the register layer.
