Just select an existing exclusion option(s) from Exclusions menu before selecting Freeze System option. Additionally, you can define your own exclusions, check out the ExampleCustomExclusion.def file under the latest release. If you need help with this feel free to reach out to me and include the export.csv file generated using File -> Export. I hope to have a Discord and Subreddit up soon for users to share their own Exclusion Definitions.
