Documents the opt-in iOS asset catalog for packager image assets added in react/react-native#30129. Adds a subsection to the Images guide ("Static Image Resources") covering the
RCTUseAssetCatalogInfo.plist key, what the iOS build does when it's set, and the clean-build caveat.Companion to react-native-community/template#247, which enables the key for new apps.
