Summary
The release commit updated the podspec versions to RC2 while the lockfile still contained RC1. This caused the prebuilt RNTester jobs in https://github.com/react/react-native/actions/runs/29775529149 to fail during CocoaPods resolution before compilation.
Test Plan
Replayed the
test-ios-rntesterCocoaPods installation using the exactReactNativeDependenciesDebug.xcframework.tar.gzandReactCoreDebug.xcframework.tar.gzartifacts from run 29775529149:bundle exec pod update hermes-engine --no-repo-updateCocoaPods completed successfully with all React Native pods at 0.87.0-rc.2, Hermes at 250829098.0.16, 93 dependencies, and 92 installed pods.
