What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, other)

This PR brings the following changes:

• it removes the line-height compensation that was automatically made as a side-effect of a11y fonts and normalization, in order to keep things consistent and not surprising to implementers;
• it attempts to create a patch (with a specific flag) for iPadOS (see Font-size/zoom issues on iPadOS (desktop-class) + Firefox #172)

We can start from there for the iPadOS Patch. Resolves #172 for the time being, although we will have to keep an eye on this because the intervention’s implementation is really really broken.
