still not used the permitted failure rate as #3 might fix thoses

I scrapped the permitted failure rate in favour of exclusion patterns. https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces-auto-validation/pull/16/changes#diff-18b0f74d6db7deada03f956d0d973e9fca272da1052f1cd5c97c7eb6d0260f75R18-R19

For the most part the failures are pretty consistent. We can consider a permitted failure rate if it really becomes annoying.

Group default-image and custom-image matrix entries so each batch of 3
runs distinct scenarios.

Overall, I think this change is in good shape. With the exclusions in place, we can start to run this/
