Summary

• Promote workspaces/orchestrator to @red-hat-developer-hub/backstage-plugin-orchestrator@6.0.0 (commit c18c88dc, Backstage 1.52.0).
• Add module: Legacy to OFS dynamic plugin entries (translationResources, appIcons, dynamicRoutes, mountPoints) to match the app-config.yaml changes from rhdh-plugins#4247. NFS is now the default Scalprum PluginRoot; OFS exports live under /legacy.
• Load form-widgets via pluginModule: Legacy (1.12.0 → 2.0.0) so RHDH still registers the OFS BackstagePlugin.
• Companion package bumps at the same ref: backend 8.11.0 → 8.12.1, loki 1.4.0 → 1.4.1, scaffolder module 1.7.0 → 1.7.2.

Supersedes the auto-update PR targeting an older ref: #3253.

pluginModule: Legacy — this is the first use of this top-level Scalprum key in the repo. It is the correct mechanism for telling the plugin loader which module provides the form-widgets BackstagePlugin registration, since the form-widgets plugin has no individual export entries (unlike orchestrator which uses per-entry module annotations).

source.json — repo-ref updated to c18c88dc, a valid upstream commit. Backstage version stays at 1.52.0. A trailing newline is added (fixing the previous missing-newline condition).
