The GitHub repository was renamed from rhdh-skill to rhdh-skills; update install sources, catalog, docs, and tests to match. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Align local identity with the rhdh-skills repo rename: user config dir, Python package, private-data upstream, User-Agents, and data-dir env var. Keep read fallbacks for the old config path and env var. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Make a clean break to rhdh-skills paths only; do not read the old config directory or RHDH_SKILL_DATA_DIR. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Install commands, catalog source, docs, the Python package, user config
dir (
~/.config/rhdh-skills), data-dir env (RHDH_SKILLS_DATA_DIR),and private-data upstream now use
rhdh-skillsafter the repo rename.This is a clean break: old config paths and env names are no longer read.
