Generate .claude-plugin/marketplace.json from catalog.json so the skills CLI shows collapsible Jira/Plugins/CI/Release/Reference/Meta groups without shipping a Claude Code marketplace product. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

npx skills add redhat-developer/rhdh-skillsnow shows six collapsible category groups (Jira, Plugins, CI, Release, Reference, Meta) instead of a flat list of ~40 skills. This comes from a generated
.claude-plugin/marketplace.jsonprojected fromcatalog.json. Pre-commit and a--checktest keep it from drifting. The directory is intentionally not a Claude Code marketplace product — ADR-0009 records why it still exists.README install commands now use
--globaland let the wizard pick skills from mattpocock/skills rather than pinning grilling/handoff on the command line.
