I think this better describes what this is actually doing also realigning so both kubeconfig and crio files have the same name which will be less confusing these configuration files are not about creating the partitioning, which is done elsewhere, but about pinning the management partition to a certain set of cpus

These names are directly copied from the OpenShift Workload Partitioning enhancement. Perhaps the change should start there and propagate down to the implementation. |
