Adds compliance hub with self-assessment checklists, governance framework template, audit log guide, and responsible AI playbook.

What's Included

1. Compliance Hub () - Landing page with self-assessment checklists covering:

   • Data privacy (GDPR, CCPA)
   • Output liability
   • Audit requirements
   • Responsible AI principles

2. Governance Framework () - Template governance framework with:

   • Approval workflows (low/medium/high risk)
   • Escalation paths (L1/L2/L3)
   • Human oversight requirements
   • Logging standards
   • Incident response plans

3. Audit Log Guide () - Implementation guide for audit logging:

   • What to log (required/recommended fields)
   • Retention policies (90 days / 7 years / 10 years)
   • Tamper-proof storage patterns (append-only, hashing, blockchain-style)
   • Compliance reporting
   • Code examples (Python, TypeScript)

4. Responsible AI Playbook () - Ethical guidelines:

   • Bias detection & mitigation
   • Transparency requirements
