This PR adds a simple /trending page that displays skills sorted by a basic trending score.
What's included:
src/app/trending/page.tsxPreview:
The page displays all skills sorted by trending score, with the top 3 highlighted. Users can click any skill card to view details.
The algorithm is intentionally simple and transparent, as requested.
