Analysis

Since this is a telemetry monitoring issue, the appropriate action is to verify the runtime ingest and record the bounty sync event in the monetization log handler.

Fix

Update the bounty event ingest handler to correctly parse and register the Stacker News bounty ID 1553226 under the sn-monetization-runtime registry.
