Analysis

The issue is an automated radar log recording a Stacker News open bounty (OPEN_BOUNTY) event for the Daily Stock Discussion Sunday’s Weekly Close Contest ("🟥 or 🟩? 20k sat award!"). As an automated radar tracking issue on sn-monetization-runtime, the appropriate response is to register the processing patch, validate the bounty event structure, and log/confirm tracking completion.

Fix

Added the radar bounty processing handler and validation block for Stacker News data pipelines.
