pull Matej Urban's relocation support from maturvo/read-dwarf master to a new "reloc" branch of rems-project/read-dwarf
the executor still expects pc values to be section-relative
It contains a list of sections whose addresses need to be represented symbolically
The executor expects exactly the form section+offset, but previously it was set to section[63:0]+offset
