I cannot review this PR. Anything is better than svelte anyway. If it's good for the PO, is good for me. Thanks!

Deplo.io does not honour the buildpack group in project.toml. It selects a single language group instead: "static" gives nodejs plus static-web-server but no Ruby, so Jekyll never builds, while "ruby" gives nodejs plus ruby but registers no web process. Neither combination can build and serve this site. Build Jekyll and Tailwind in a Ruby stage, then serve the generated _site with Caddy. The runtime image contains neither Ruby nor Node. The serving rules from project.toml move to the Caddyfile: the document root, the 404 page and the /terms and /claude_skill redirects, which are now real 301s rather than meta refreshes. Carries over the Svelte-side changes merged to develop while this branch was open (#75-#79): - Update hero slogan ("Du baust, wir hosten.") with line break - Point header documentation links to guides.deplo.io - Add AVV/DPA link to footer, localized for German - Remove Kevin Ferranti from team page Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Rewrite is done mostly with GPT5.6 Sol with Chrome dev tool access + screenshotting.
Feature parity is not quite there yet
and there remain some css differences i can't quite explain. It will take some more time to polish it to the state it is i distinguishable from the svelte project.
The goal is to make the project more simple and more stupid and more maintainable by Rubyists.
No prior jekyll knowledge should be necessary to edit a html template with a snippet of ruby attached.
We also eliminate many dependencies.
Tailwind build step still exists and will stay (for now).
