First of all thank you for putting this together saved me a lot of time.
Following your instructions it wouldn't work as it is. It looks like restify changed their parameters being passed to some of our hooks functions. I changed those and updated the dependencies.
Someone should be able to pull this repo, follow the read me and it work right off the bat now.
