docs: add v0.7.0 review fixes plan

• document the repair plan for eight v0.7.0 review findings and the status-badge UI defect
• define TDD steps, file boundaries, commit sequencing, and acceptance criteria for all nine items
• preserve the current product scope and make no production-code changes

Test plan
