Summary

Patch release fixing the nine findings from the 0.6.0..0.7.0 code review (#160).

Fixed

• Reference coverage fails closed: missing Markdown metadata cache entries block orphan deletion actions, and Canvas group background images are indexed as references
• Duplicate-file keep decisions are revalidated against automaticKeepPath and referencedPaths changes before execution
• Review-required fixes gain an explicit single-item "Review fix" action through the existing confirmation pipeline
• CLI reports carry a complete comparison.fingerprints identity set independent of output filters
• Automatic scan notices fire only for new confirmed errors
• Markdown links and images count as note structure (link-only MOCs are not empty); HTML comments and escaped brackets are ignored
• Reference index aggregation is linear for high-degree targets (was O(n²))
• Confirmed/Eligible badges render compact with theme-safe contrast

CLI baseline migration note

Profile-aware baseline reports created before 0.7.1 lack the complete fingerprint set. Supplying one as --baseline exits with code 2 and asks you to regenerate it with the current version. Legacy baselines without a comparison object are unaffected.
