We need to redesign the entire concept of what "component" and "scope" mean. for example, to support CDATA, we need to somehow have an xml file that creates a component, a scope, and ALSO some brs files.
One thought is to introduce a concept that every "file" can contribute multiple "components" and "scopes" and "scripts". Lots to think about here. this ticket is mostly just to remind us that it needs done before v1 lands (if we can).
